SIX – THEIR PROMISES (II)
It was few kilometers away from where Nino is, when Ohno abruptly wakes up from his dream, startling the other three.
“What’s wrong, Riida?” Jun asks, curious about the action Ohno made earlier.
Ohno stands petrified for a moment before he takes his stuff and puts them inside his bag. He was about to leave the room when Sho stops him by grabbing his hand.
“What are you doing, Satoshi-kun?”
“You don’t understand, Sho-kun,” he says as he tries to break free from the newscaster's grip on his arm. “Nino needs me. I need to find him.”
Sho tightens his grip.
“Satoshi-kun. please…”
“Staying inside here doesn’t help at all, Sho-kun. Please. Nino is sick, and I just have a bad feeling about this. Please. I need to find him.”
“The manager..”
“I DON’T CARE ABOUT THE MANAGER!”
“THEN THINK ABOUT US!” Jun retorts, hearing the conversation the two older members had, he is furious. “We already lost one member, Ohno-kun. Don’t make it two. Please let the people responsible for finding him do their job. Don’t make anything harder.”
Ohno looks at the younger man furiously.
“You don’t understand, Matsumoto. I shouldn’t have left him alone!”
“So do we, Riida.” This time Aiba interrupted. “I told you to stop blaming yourself alone. We all have something that we can’t avoid.”
“You guys are. I’m not. I’m just being selfish!
Sho pats Ohno's back, assuring him something Ohno could never understand.
He never tells Nino how much he loves him. They keep assuming they’re best friends, both of them knows they have feeling for each other. But they’re just afraid of making a first move.
It is a moment later, he realizes Sho’s embracing him before he returns the man's hug.
“If something happens, I will be the most regretful person that ever exists on the earth,” he clumsily cries on the younger one shoulder. Sho pats his back.
“Let’s hope not.”
A second later, Ohno’s phone beeps a message tone. He frowns as he saw a private number on his screen.
He clicks the message to read the message he received.
Somehow, his words in his dreams that woke him up just now replay in his mind.
“I promise that I will find you. I won’t whine. I won’t even think of how troublesome it is. I will find you no matter how hard it is to find you if you went missing,”

I’ll give you a clue. Where in Tokyo you can tied someone in an open area. Yes. A park. And don’t wait for long. It’s snowing heavily here. You don’t want him to freeze to death!”
Somehow, his words in his dreams that woke him up just now replay in his mind.
“I promise that I will find you. I won’t whine. I won’t even think of how troublesome it is. I will find you no matter how hard it is to find you if you went missing,”
