Actually im sad looking at the number of comment in some fanfics lately.Im just start to read last year so the comment i leave is not much and sometimes for old one, i didnt said any..hehe.
But compared with old fanfic, the number of comments is awesome. I dont know if it because there too much silent readers or there no one read it. Like you said, comments is another form of encouragement i wonder how writer feel if there no one comment it even it was a great fic.
For me, i try leaving comment in any fic that i read. To be true not all i can comment .. but still i tried and thank you words is only word i can give when my mind stuck.
Btw, who is deleting their fic? :o
